General Shipping Information

fusionchef™ by JULABO offers shipping throughout the United States and Canada. Additional delivery charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories.

Deliveries are made on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Holidays may add one (1) extra day to delivery time. Please note that orders may take up to 48 hours to be processed prior to shipping. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on Monday.

All orders ship from Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA. Orders with multiple items shipped to the same address may not ship in the same box.

You will receive a confirmation of your order, including when your item(s) ship and any communication relevant to the order, at the email address you provided when ordering.

Shipping charges are calculated for each individual shipping address during the order process through our website. All delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed by fusionchef™  by JULABO. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us or call our customer service department at +1-610-231-0250 or +1-800-458-5226 anytime between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Packages that are refused will be refunded to the credit card originally used for the purchase, less shipping costs. We are unable to refund shipping costs on refused deliveries.

fusionchef™  by JULABO offers several delivery methods for your convenience, including FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Next-Day. For shipping quotes, refer to the online order process or give us a shout by filling out our contact form or calling our customer service department at +1-610-231-0250 or +1-800-458-5226 anytime between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

FedEx Ground:
Expected delivery within five (5) business days after order processing. Available only for the 48 contiguous United States. Service not available for delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Weekend and holiday delivery is not available.

FedEx 2-Day Express Saver:
Expected delivery within two (2) business days after order processing. Service not available for delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Weekend and holiday delivery is not available.

FedEx Next-Day Express Shipping:
Expected delivery the next business day after order processing. Service not available for delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Weekend and holiday delivery is not available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based upon the total cost of merchandise in your order to each individual shipping address. The shipping and handling charges only apply to products pictured and described on the fusionchef™  by JULABO website and to online orders from our catalogs. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

Sales Tax:
fusionchef™ by JULABO charges sales tax in the following states: PA, NC, NJ, TX, MA, CA, CO, IL and WA. Appropriate sales tax will be added to your merchandise total and displayed for your review prior to submitting your order.

Payment Options:
Shopping at fusionchef™ by JULABO is safe and secure. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover for online purchases. The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order is processed. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be notified at the email or phone number you provided when ordering.
