Products are returned for any number of reasons and we encourage anyone who thinks there may be a problem or issue to fill out this product return request form. One of our fusionchef™ members will review it and contact you immediately with the next appropriate steps.

When returning products please have them cleaned and decontaminated. In the event a product has experienced contamination and/or residue may still be present, please seal the product in a plastic bag and provide a full SDS list of possible contaminates. We are very fond of our fusionchef™ members and want to ensure they take the appropriate product handling safety measures so no one goes home glowing green at night. We appreciate your help!
